Payments are accepted using highly encrypted SSL for credit cards (so you can use your credit card safely), we accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover or you can select to pay though Paypal.
If your order is a bit more complex and you would like to speak to someone we gladly take orders by phone (727) 934-4016. Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using UPS Ground, you can also opt for expedited shipping using UPS 2nd Day Air. If you need quicker shipping please contact us so we can customize your shipping needs to ensure on time delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can only be returned will prior approval. Returns are only accepted if item is defective or broken and there is no replacement available. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days. All returned items must be unused, not worn with ALL original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Items are can only be exchanged if they are defective, damaged, sizing issue or simply wish to exchange for another item. We WILL NOT take exchanges after 14 days of the sale. All exchanges must be approved via our contact page, phone call or using our email – firstname.lastname@example.org.
